Yes, possibly. While youre using Clobex shampoo, youll lather the product in your hair, and then rinse your hair until all the shampoo is removed. You dont need to use any other shampoo after youve used Clobex. But if youd like to use a non-medicated shampoo after washing with Clobex, you can do so.
However, theres no information from the manufacturer of Clobex that states whether its safe to use other hair products, such as hair spray or mousse.
If youd like to use certain hair products while youre using Clobex shampoo, talk with your doctor. They can recommend whether its safe for you to do so. But keep in mind that some products, including hairspray, may cause irritation on your scalp. And this could worsen your scalp psoriasis, which Clobex is being used to treat.

What Other Symptoms Should I Look For
Well, obviously the constant itching is a good indicator that something is wrong. And if you scratch that area too much, you will end up with more inflammation than you started with.
So for eczema, other symptoms might be:
- Dry, sensitive skin
- Oozing or crusting over the rash
- Swelling
- Dark colored patches of skin
As for psoriasis, there are several different types and several different sub-categories of those types, and each one goes through its own cycle of flaring up and subsiding, and even going into complete remission. Some other symptoms you might experience with psoriasis are:

How To Take And Store
Apply a thin layer of this medication onto affected areas and rub it in gently. Only apply it to the rash.
This particular medication should not be used for more than two weeks consecutively. Instead, itâs meant to be used short term, during acute flares of a skin rash that hasnât improved with other treatments.
Once improvement is seen, you should stop using it. It is not meant to be used as a preventative treatment.
Itâs important that you are not applying the cream more often than is prescribed, or using more medication than is recommended per dose. Doing so wonât clear up your rash any faster, but it does raise the chance of developing side effects.
Also, donât use this medication as a moisturizer. If your skin feels dry between uses, itâs OK to use a non-medicated, over-the-counter moisturizing cream.

How And When To Use It
Always follow the instructions from a pharmacist, doctor or leaflet in the medicine packet.
Most people only need to use clobetasol 1 or 2 times a day for 1 week. A doctor may suggest that you use it for longer than 1 week.
If you use it 2 times a day, try to leave a gap of 8 to 12 hours after using it.
If it’s been prescribed for your child under 12 years of age, do not use it on them for longer than 5 days unless the doctor has seen them again.
